Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Duration The free consultation is 20 minutes in length. Please ensure you are available for the entire duration. 2. Booking & Confirmation All consultations must be booked in advance through the provided booking link or platform. A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment is scheduled. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being marked as a "no-show." You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. To reschedule, please use the link provided in the confirmation email. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your consultation, the meeting will be considered cancelled, and no alternative session will be offered. 5. No-Show Policy If you do not attend the consultation without prior cancellation, the meeting will be marked as a "no-show." Future bookings may require confirmation and will be subject to availability. 6. Purpose of Consultation The 20-minute consultation will focus on general cybersecurity advice and guidance. Please come prepared with specific questions or issues to ensure we can maximise the session. 7. Privacy & Security Please ensure no sensitive or personal data is shared during the consultation. While we maintain strict confidentiality, this consultation is intended for general advice and should not be used for sharing confidential business details. 8. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or terminate the consultation if inappropriate behaviour or discussions arise during the meeting.
